The web is all about the queries and the results. For all those who like to spend most of the time on internet, surfing and searching Google, you might get a new search engine soon. Whether or not you like Google, you were supposed to use it to make queries and get a pile of results but not now as it seems like competition in search engines is now growing and we now might see a new competitor soon.

Ethical Hacking Syllabus: Beginner Level
Almost Everyone visiting this website wants to become a great Hacker but doesn’t know where to start. Even you might be willing to do the same. Do you have the same questions in mind like I used to have when I started to Learn Hacking. The biggest problem I faced was not having a dedicated Ethical Hacking syllabus or beginner Level Ethical Hacking Syllabus. I used to have many questions in my mind like -
- Where should I start to Learn Hacking
- What should I do to become a Hacker
- What are the steps to be followed to become a hacker
- Are there any pre-requisites to become a Hacker
- From where did all these Pro Hackers Learn all this cool Stuff
And many more questions. But I never had an answer to them in the beginning. Well I don’t want the fans of Learn Hacking to face the same issues. You should stop asking questions to yourself like :-
- How to Hack
- How to become a Hacker
And get started with the Hands on training.
In the previous post of Learn Hacking we told you How to Become a Hacker. Always remember one thing, no one can only motivate you or teach you the basics. Its your will power and practical experience that will help you become an expert Ethical Hacker or I must say a Cyber Security Expert. I like to be called a Cyber Security Expert rather than a Hacker (Personal Choice).

BackTrack 5 R3 Release – Aug 13th, 2012
The BackTrack Development team will be releasing an R3 revision of our Penetration Testing distribution in 2 weeks. This release focuses on bugfixes and over 50 new tool additions – making it the most potent revision yet.
We have released a BT5 R3 preview in BlackHat Vegas for the enjoyment of conference attendees, which can be found in their delegate bags.
The DVD contains a BT5 R3 Gnome, 32 bit edition – burnt as an ISO (as opposed to an image). We will be taking in our last bug reports and tool suggestions from the BH / Defcon crowds for our upcoming official release, which will be on August 13th, 2012.
Current BT5 users can simply upgrade to the latest release using the regular update commands. More details will be released along with the full listing of new tools on the 13th of August.
We hope you enjoy this fine release as much as we do!

Resons You Should Switch to Ubuntu
So, here are reasons why you, too, should make the switch :)
1>>It's Absotutely Free and Open Source.
Everything about Ubuntu is free. Just download the ISO, burn it
to a CD and enjoy.
Most of the apps you use (all I use even) are also free.
Because of this Ubuntu can handle all your updates,
installations and uninstallations with a breeze.
Simply open the "Update Manager" and it'll let you know which
of your apps (yes, all your installed apps) have updates or new
versions. Using the "Application Center" you can browse
categorized applications and install them with a click.
There's plenty of top-lists over the best Ubuntu-apps just a
Google away. I think you might be surprised how much is
available.
2>>It's Configurable Like Crazy.
Whether you prefer the Windows-look, the Mac-look or the
Minority Report-look (:) Ubuntu will not disappoint.
Almost everything is configurable and if it's not you can just
download more configuration tools or desktop enhancements.
If you haven't checked out Compiz on YouTube yet I suggest
you do. It's pretty amazing stuff.

Try to create a folder in Windows with either of these names–
“con” or “nul” or “Aux” or “Lpt1″.
Windows will not let you create ….
This s because these refer 2 some well known ports….
-con corresponds to the console
-Lpt1 corresponds to printer and so on….
Well that was common but how about this ? Try these more.. The full list that is not available so easily..
CON, PRN, AUX, CLOCK$, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, and LPT9.
Note:- This trick works with all the version of windows.
