Yes! "Hotspot Shield" VPN is reliable one. To access facebook and other blocked websites i am using "Hotspot Shield" VPN at my work place. I can now access blocked websites using this VPN (virtual private network) and it really works great on my system for anonymous web surfing and 100% security. I would only prefer this VPN to be a anonymous user and to surf web anonymously.
